Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), including their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
